Originally, I checked in on the Hilton honors app (Digital key). Found out the hard way the key doesn't open outside doors as I was trying to get bags from car and had to walk around entire complex to get back in. Parking was limited, Caution tape around the entire front parking area of hotel (no idea why). The Hilton App picked the room for me ahead of time as best room. Tried to get an elevator to the lower level where room was, only one elevator worked. Working elevator made horrible noises, worried about using it again, so used the stairs. Room on the lower level was down the hall from the area that breakfast is served. Also meeting place in evening for all of hotel, since Lobby isn't allowed. Me and my two children got zero sleep, screaming yelling from intoxicated adults from 10pm through 3am. Then early in the am the breakfast rush starts, again loud. All being heard from inside the room like it was next to our beds. No sound proofing at all. Main door you could see light through while locked. The rooms are dark, small and could barely walk around beds. The bathrooms had no exhaust fans, cabinets had heavy coat of dust. Tile floor looked unclean with dust and dirt in the grout. Toilet looked like it had a good leak at some point, stain and build up of minerals down the wall onto the floor. We wore flip flops in room and while in shower. Went to plug phone into outlet and outlet went into the wall. Room smelled musty and carpet was old. I sneezed constantly, guessing mold and dust. Breakfast was gross. we ate elsewhere the next day. Pretty sure scrambled eggs I tried, had sugar... they were sweet and I saw others throwing them away too. Entire place needs to be renovated and Like I said I'm a Hilton Honors member and have never stayed at such a gross and run down facility that had a Hilton name before. I spent $363.00 dollars for two nights here and I can't believe it, this is a $50 a night hotel. I never leave reviews but felt it was necessary to warn others.
