The Hermitage hotel is a beautiful hotel in a very convenient area of Nashville, within walking distance to Broadway, The Ryman Auditorium, Johnny Cash Museum, Patsy Cline Museum and other popular attractions. The architecture and decor of the lobby area and rooms were spectacular! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Nashville, The Pink Hermit Cafe and restaurant were convenient for breakfast and dinner which I thought was a plus

Elegant, classy, clean, and excellent service. Outstanding in every way. From the moment you check in to the moment you leave, you feel very welcomed. The amenities are first class, and the rooms are very comfortable and luxurious. Highly recommend!

We came 9 years ago. Much has changed and not for the better. This place no longer warrants a 5 star label. Staff often indifferent, no drink making machines in the room, no complimentary bar nuts or crisps. Let’s make the most money out of you for the least effort.

Wonderful property that is well maintained. Rooms are large and updated. This is a historical site that is worth the higher cost.

Hotel was in a great location and super clean. The only problem was there was NO HOT WATER! Front desk just said they were sorry for the inconvenience, but taking showers is a big deal!

I recently had a fabulous stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it. The grand foyer when you enter with its supreme marble and decor is the first impression that one has entered a very special place and made the perfect choice for the place to stay in Nashville. All of the staff were professional, obliging and very helpful. The Jean Georges restaurant & bar were a complete surprise that I was not expecting....the food and service therein were first rate. A few of the signature dishes from this Michelin starred chef such as the egg sous vide with caviar and the prawn salad were perfectly executed. The rooms are beautifully appointed and spacious. The location couldn't be better - short walking distance to everything you need to see and do in Nashville. All in all, I'm left with an indelible memory of a fine stay in a very beautiful hotel. Telephone didn't work -needed to be re-wired. Notice said restaurant would be closed for a private event a 10AM and when I got there at 9:20 the hostess said she couldn't seat me due to the event. I told her I would be quick and could be out by 9:50 - still no and she couldn't give me another restaurant in walking distance to have breakfast. I ended up eating at the Shereton.
