Holiday Inn seems to be pretty much the same everywhere I go, so that’s why I like to choose Holiday Inn. Overall, it’s a good value for money.

Location was great! Beds were comfy. Food reception and music in the lobby was a nice touch . Some concerns….there were no ice machines on any floors, a sign said delayed shipping of new ice makers. The “fix” was a refrigerator on each floor with thin bags of pre filled ice, thicker bags needed. Broken elevator, 2 of 3 worked but long lines. And 1 of the 2 working elevator’s doors slammed shut before you could get in. 8th floor hallway had a dripping ceiling. There was a loud drilling sound echoing in the lobby. Pool towels were thin, ripped cushions, broken umbrellas, could use a few more lounge chairs, & paint was peeling off the cement in the pool & floating in it.

The staff was great the whole trip. Both vallets were amazing the young man with tattoos on his arms (didn’t catch his name) and Donnie were both helpful packing up and unloading the car and were both super nice !! The rooms were clean and breakfast was good, they even had hot chicken at night with live music SO FUN

Main issue: the window leaked on and off the entire trip in our room #239. We noticed it the first morning there (Saturday) and let the front desk know. We were told the ticket was resolved, but water started coming through the window again later that day. Maintenance came back up and just left a towel in the window frame to catch the water that dripped on and off our whole trip. It still dripped elsewhere and I woke up Sunday AM to that sound. We weren't impressed with the lack of resolution and no offer to move us to another room. Evening appetizer event was odd. Friday was chips/salsa, soggy fries, and corndogs (no mustard/ketchup present). Saturday was chips/salsa, chili/shredded cheese/bread, and what I'm assuming was spinach dip. Not much of a perk, in my opinion. Breakfast had limited options. Saturday morning the milk in the fridge was in an OPEN pitcher.. Gross. No ketchup again. No alternative milks for those of with dairy issues. Overall, for a hotel that's $350+ I expected much more.

Donnie Morris and I believe the other valet was Dustin were wonderful. Very attentive, polite and accommodating! Room was clean. Pool was dirty and desperately needed to be skimmed. Not appealing Ice machine did not work Great breakfast with options for all.

Donnie and Davante were fantastic. They were great company while I waited for my pizza delivery! They gave some great recommendations for our trip and were very polite and helpful to all the other valet patrons that come through while I was out there.

Donnie , help me lot while I’m staying here, my room wasnt ready at a time due to my debit card was having technical problems from across the world and they give me extra 5 minutes to vallet my car. the vellet team are very helpful and courtious. i would glady recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great speedy service. Valet parking is required. Check in for super easy. Clean rooms with HOT water and pressure, just the way I like it. They had a welcome evening social with live music and hors d’oeuvres. Shoutout to Donnie Morris our speedy Valet with a warm welcoming smile.
