While there were some good things about the breakfast, they completely ran out of bagels, nuts, turkey, sausage, and yogurt, more than 30 minutes before breakfast was over and when asked, they said they were completely out. And the only fruit was apples… No bananas, no oranges, no berries even early. While it was only about four blocks to the beginning of music row, there are closer options for less. We expected much much more for the $15 amenity fee. The talent at the evening reception paled in comparison to other talent and no alcoholic beverages were included. Only water. After the first night we did not attend. The TV did not have a guide and did not allow us to connect to streaming services or our phone. And we thought that being a few blocks away from downtown would make it quieter. Not! AC was the noisiest I had in at least 25 days and other hotels and there was construction that they said would not start until eight but it started at 7 AM. The room was very clean, but breakfast staff did not clear tables for over 40 minutes. I went down early to get a four top for my friends and me, when they arrived more than 40 minutes later, trash and grime was still there. We pushed it over to, the adjoining two top and in an additional 30 minutes it had not been cleared off. Also, I am a platinum member and literally the only thing I got was 500 points and two bottles of water for 3 nights. even though I had secured two rooms and brought another couple with us, they wouldn't even give me a discount on the exorbitant parking that was over $50 per night. finally, elevators were long white. One elevator was out the entire stay.
