This hotel is just perfect. The location is probably its best selling point. All surrounded by music bars and places where to hang out, a full immersion in the country music culture !

Clean room. Fast elevators. We traveled with a group and had reservations well in advance. Our bus pulls up late afternoon and we were given breakfast vouchers but no keys were ready. We were also told they didn’t know we would need assistance with luggage altho we paid extra for that service! Breakfast is a joke unless all you want is powdered eggs and fruit. Their sign says they cook eggs to order. They take your order but you won’t get them unless you ask for them twice after about 30-45 minutes…..and then the waiter brings them with attitude even though they were not crowded by any means. I am not a “Karen” and rarely complain, but thought travelers should be aware.

We had 2 rooms booked. One room was very musty smelling and had paint chipping off the ceiling. Window sills had black under the paint you could see (appeared to be mold?). Also, we were not informed we needed to request towels or housekeeping but we found out at 12pm when we returned to our messy room from earlier in the day. Just very disappointing and not Hilton standards.

Very nice facility, well maintained, conveniently located BUT very pricey, especially considering that rooms are only cleaned IF the guest requests - otherwise, beds are not changed and room is not cleaned daily. Likewise, the price of valet parking ($55/day) was way too high.

The service was Stellar!!!! Ann was Amazing! Helpful when our room wasn't ready and sent us a message when it was. Gave us directions to get to many places, all of which we enjoyed! Enjoying our time here in Nashville!!! Happy that our business choose Double Tree!!
