This was our second stay at this hotel. This time, the staff and the amenities were sub par. The main issue we had this time was the fridge in the room not working. After contacting staff once on the first night we were there, they said they would be up to fix it. 2 hours later, we return to the room and it was not fixed. I went to the front desk and they stated they sent someone out. I let them know it was still not fixed. They said they would send someone out “again.” I get back to the room around 1:00am. The fridge is STILL only at 52 degrees, which means all of the items that were left in there were now bad and unsafe to eat. I called the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do. After requesting something be done, the “on call manager” said I would have all of my items that were lost reimbursed. It was been almost 3 weeks and haven’t received anything. I know this seems like a small issue, which it should have been…but it should’ve been fixed the first time. Instead, I spent the entire weekend with a broken fridge and a TON of empty promises.
