SpringHill Suites Nashville Downtown/Convention Center

A great new hotel walking distance to downtown. Very clean and modern.

Sat at the pool bar and let me say it was great. Our room wasn’t ready yet but Tess and Naz kept us company at the pool bar until it was ready! Tess even made a new drink for me that was amazing! So glad I came here to wait can’t wait to do it again!

We hosted a corporate event at Springhill in April 2024 and had an overall excellent experience. The rooms were very clean and had any amenity that we needed, the staff was kind and helpful, and the food ordered for our meetings was excellent. Overall planning was simple and making changes was easily accommodated. The location was excellent, it was great to be able to walk to restaurants, entertainment venues, and Broadway St. We will certainly stay here again when we have an event in Nashville in the future.

Our group of 20’s vacation was an absolute 10 out of 10. The Spring Hills Suites was perfect. I organized the trip and worked with the sales office coordinating the rooms. Being the organizer and having to pick where we would stay, I was so happy to hear that everyone on our trip was satisfied with the accommodations, breakfast, pool, valet, front desk, waitstaff, etc. Everyone said that they would stay at the Suites again. We are already talking about coming back! The breakfast is amazing and was a great starting point for our large group to gather at each morning. We also used the beautiful pool area to sit and relax while we waiting for others before heading to Broadway. Great location and a short walk to the main *****. Our trip was a blast and the Spring Hill Suites was fantastic!!!!

Great stay!! Friendly staff at pool bar and check in. Tylen Howard was amazing. Pool staff Jennifer and was great. The hot tub and pool are perfect for a break between bar hopping. great location to get to Broadway ………………………………………………………………………

Great service at the front desk. They were very helpful with finding a room and giving a later checkout. Comfortable rooms with a view of the city

Room was as expected but not clean. There were toenail clippings on the carpet , and the sink in the bathroom would not drain. Also the refrigerator did not work They had to wait for maintenance to bring us a new one.

Loved our stay. Perfect location to walk to Broadway, Printers Alley, the Gulch, and surrounding areas. Our room was clean, spacious, and modern. The staff was friendly and we loved the gym. Didn’t get to use the pool, but it was very nice. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great location. Easy to walk to Broadway where all the music, bars and shopping is located. Excellent breakfast and super friendly staff.
