The 1st day was okay. Had to switch rooms due to cleaning. Second night the lights went out for a few hours due to the weather. But got no help when we entered the hotel. Had to ask so many questions to get any answers. The attendant just sat there. A guest actually told us what was going on. Figured we'd get a little discount or some sort of apology, but nothing

Comfortable and clean. Staff is courteous and pleasant. The breakfast area clean and stocked. I keep coming back. Rooms are pretty cool decorated.

Loved the location of this hotel. 6 minute drive to the Grand Ole Opry and a great shopping mall with various restaurants. Hotel felt very safe. Was clean and we had a good sleep. Breakfast was good and the apples were amazing! Would stay here again if I'm in Nashville. The hotel is also about 5-10 minutes to downtown.

They charged my card twice and told me I had to wait 3-5 business days for the second charge to fall off . That extra money was my spending money for the trip .

The hotel tries to mask the awful smells coming from the pipes by using heavily scented laundry soap and sprays throughout the hotel. It’s over powering and sticks to anything you bring in the hotel with you. Bathroom pipes smell like death coming for you. The doors slide “close” but they don’t lock and are extremely heavy to fully close. Lacks privacy. No morning coffee available because night staff was sleeping behind desk. We only found them on accident when trying to check out and couldn’t find anywhere to put our keys. We reached around the monitor to put the keys and there we found them. Several angry people were waiting for coffee. So just checked out super early and went to the donut shop for ours. I don’t trust any water that comes out of those pipes.
