Checked in to find out if I park my own car in their parking garage (no other place to park) it cost me $45, if I valet its $57. Got to room to find no coffee cups and no trash bags in cans. USB charging ports broken, luck I brought my own. I called the desk and said that I needed coffee cups as none were placed in room. They told me I could come to the front desk if I wanted some. I then asked if they had any milk as there was none in the drink cooler. I was told that the delivery truck hadn't come today and they were out (all drinks full except for milk). I asked how they were going to serve breakfast without milk and was told, oh we will have some for that. LESSONS LEARNED I SHOULD'VE STAYED AT HAMPTON INN AND SUITES, MY MISTAKE.

Our server Kara was an absolute delight! Such a wonderful personality and recommended the best dishes! It really makes all the difference when the server goes above and beyond. Thank you so much Kara we had such a great time and the food was amazing!

Kevon is the best Valet ever! Took great care of me & offered to bring my umbrella from my car because of bad weather. He has a great, positive attitude! He made my stay easier! Hotel location is very central. Shuttle to Broadway is a nice perk! Clean rooms Friendly staff Would definitely visit again

Very clean and comfortable, staff was pleasant and helpful. Johnathan got us set up the 1st day with storing our luggage till our room was ready so we could go enjy broadway with no worries. Love the shuffleboard table! Kevin was so helpful and nice getting our luggage to our rental car. Thanks you for a great stay in Nashville!

The over all stay was very good! But hearing the The Amazing Kevon singing and his joyful attitude and presence was the best! And because of that experience. We will be returning to this hotel! ***************++*+**+****+************+*

Worse stay ever! Noise, bad reception! They give you at reception earplugs. Decor is nice, bed comfortable, but you can not sleep at all. Streets noise till late at night and starting at 5 in morning. Do yourself a favor and choose another place to stay!

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The perks were great including the golf cart shuttle to and from Broadway; free happy hour drink daily. Convenient breakfast at the Bodega. Very tasty. I’ll definitely stay here next time I visit Nashville. Excellent location.

This hotel was in a great location! Walkable to Broadway and The Gulch. Breakfast was very good! The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Our favorite was Kevon! He was always smiling, singing and very helpful! All hotels should have a Kevon!

Kevon was the BEST! We had a meeting at Bridgestone and needed to put our bags in our cars he did it for us! No questions asked! We would definitely return to this hotel just to see him again! He is a great asset to your company and has great customer service.
