Hot tub didn't work, barely hot, no jets working. No good breakfast. Beds made our backs hurt. No service when needed. Always on phone, always had to come back. They had no training on system for booking or checking in.

Mosy of thr ataff was friendly and accomodating except 1 lady. It was 7am and there was hardly anything left for breakfast saturday. They had bagels but were out of cream cheese. I asked her if they had anymore and she immediately said no and went back to playing on her phone. Didnt eveb look or anything.

Great friendly staff but the toilet was not flushing correctly. Wish they offered shuttle service to airport since it’s so close.

I can’t understand the lack of reviews on this hotel. There are signs posted within the lobby saying they look forward to them but unfortunately don’t act like it. This was my worst hotel experience ever, right from the most rude check in to the terrible breakfast options or lack of. There are many hotels near by and soon found out first hand why our hotel parking lot was empty and the neighbouring one was full. I am generally satisfied if my hotel is at least clean but I can’t say that’s the case here. Not sure why companies like super8 allow independent ownership without applying a standard people can rely on with respect to quality and customer service. Perhaps they don’t care as long as they get their cut. It’s bad even compared to other Super 8’s I have stayed in.

From check in to check out 3 days later, the staff was exceptional. Dawn at front desk, and Dawn, General Manager were excellent to work with!

My wife and I picked this hotel because it has indoor pool, and it was nice, warm and clean. But, that is all that I can say positive. No coffee pots in rooms. Breakfast is a joke. Single pot coffee maker and no one to refill it. No attention to the breakfast area at all. Awful attitudes when you ask for coffee to be made. Mini fridge in room not cold and no adjustment. You get only key. One bar of soap to carry back and forth from sink to tub. Room was dirty. Need Ed to be vacuumed. Obvious no surfaces were wiped clean. Towels are so small you can't wrap it around your waist. What a shame, great location, nice pool, everything else was awful.
