The staff at check-in was not very courteous. This hotel has an 8.8 rating and the desk staff did not represent the hotel well.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel! Staff were so friendly, rooms are spacious and beds comfortable (include booklights and desk with dry erase top for work), breakfast buffet, complimentary snacks and drinks in the evening for social hour, great outdoor area with pool. Very impressed!

Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had excellent options. The only reason I didn't give this a perfect score is because when my room was cleaned they left me without toilet paper or tissues and did not clean off the counter and shorted me some towels. I had to go to the front desk for toilet paper
