Extended Stay America Suites - Nashville - Airport - Music City

Not great, but okay. No airport shuttle, no crib. Room was good size but refrigerator did not work.

The front desk service was horrible. I don't even know how they are still in business. They were rude and don't tell you any of the fine print. I work for the government and treated like trash. The rooms were nasty with burns in the sheets and the chair. Water pressure ******. The women clearly HATE their job!! My advice...QUIT

We had an eldeely parent that was unable to climb the stairs so we had to check out 2 days early. That was not the only reason though. We had to clean our room when we arrived as well. It had not been wiped down propely on surface areas, doors or tub. They were still dirty. Front staff was excellent!

The only ESA my husband and I have ever stayed in was in Tallahassee FL until this Thanksgiving week. We were given a free night from our stay there this past August. We used the free night in Nashville November 21st and also made reservations that we paid for November 22 and 23rd. The free night we were shocked at how unclean the room 110 seemed, plus killed 2 spiders and a bug. Went to look in the coat closet for a broom and could not get over how nasty and cobwebby the floor was in the closet. The room had two full baths. The one off the kitchen had splatters all over the sink faucet where it had not been cleaned and there was black dye or something on the tub that wiped off with my Clorox wipe. The next morning I went to find out about checking into our next two nights and would we have to move. We had to move and I told them I hoped it was cleaner than the room we were leaving. They had me look at 303 to see if it was acceptable. It definitely smelled cleaner than the other one. After being settle in the room you noticed how dirty the door area is and the electric outlets are so nasty. We do not want a free night and are not asking for one. We just want you to know how nasty this place is. Maybe ever who owns it needs to stay there.

I booked two rooms for a 4:00 p.m. arrival. Arrived at property and was told that only one room would be available because the hotel had overbooked. Was also informed that it would be after 6:00 p.m. before the one room was available. Asked the clerk to cancel my reservation and he said I would have to deal with *******. After all this, the hotel still billed my credit card.

Got there right at 3pm for check in and had to wait an hour because they only had 1 housekeeper. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and it was a non smoking room. One of the showers didnt work properly, the other bathroom was stuck on shower only. Cabinets were broken, cigarette burns on the carpet.

This property seems to be in desperate need of updates. It was clean but the furniture and walls need paint and a refresh.

We arrived from an 8.5 hour trip and were exhausted. Check in was at 3 but we arrived at 2:15. We tried to get our room but the front desk said we had to wait until 3. There was no one cleaning at that time. We were told we would have to wait. So, we waited in the truck n the heat until 3. The shower had NO hot water. The room smelt of stale Cheetos and it was loud most of the evening around us. Breakfast was just packaged muffins or granola bars. I’ve never experienced a bad stay at this chain before. I would spend the extra $ to find something better.
