Visiting for the NHL playoffs Canucks v Predators, was worried I’d feel out of my element but! Caleb was so helpful, when I lost my phone he did everything to track it down. Also was also taking care that all our transportation needs were met and we felt at home.

Caleb was very nice and informative during our arrival. The room was very nice and clean. Reception was very quick and. No wait. The are looks very nice and we can't wait to explore the area. Very close to Broadway. Can't wait to enjoy Tootsies and Caleb said he would come get us later if we needed too! Jks lol 200 min characters

We went to hoppy bird, Mark was amazing! Great customer service has such a fun night! Drinks were so great and so was the food! Wings were the best!

It was an amazing stay I wish it was longer than two days but was only on a business trip. I arrived late to Nashville and the valet Gregg, Marquel and Blake was wonderful always hustling for the cars and putting up my luggage fast at the same time i was amazed i will be back.! The front desk got the line down quickly i was happy.

We were able to get into our room little early, which is always a bonus. Caleb the valet went above and beyond. It was heartwarming to see young people take pride in their job. The service to get more towels was hassle free. Check in and checkout couldn’t have gone any more smoothly.

It was so peaceful every one nice and good. I wanna give I special shout out to valet Gregg. ! He was so nice and always had a smile. Always rushed to get a car or luggage. Clean out fit clean hair cut ready to WORK. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE BACK TO VIST!! Thanks to Gregg kinda mad it's $59 to park tho.

Caleb is amazing and super helpful. He made us feel so welcome. Rooms were super clean. Hegave us directions and recommendations to some really great restaurants. Love the location of this hotel-so close to really great attractions. Meeting rooms were nice and cool.

The staff at this hotel are all very friendly and helpful. And customer service was very prompt with requests prior to stay. The valet staff was especially helpful - Marcel, Gregg and Kayla. The rooms were very clean. The bartender, Rob, was super friendly.
