Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Downtown Convention Center

Staff attentive and rooms lovely. Second time we have stayed here and really enjoyed both occasions. Hotel is also only 10 minutes walk into town so it is very convenient for Downtown, and it has an excellent steak restaurant right outside. Rooftop pool is also great in the summer months.

Hotel is dated. Phone in the room wasn’t working at all times and wasn’t able contact front desk. Appliances such as air con was making weird noises throughout the night.

Good location, just a short walk from Broadway. Clean and good breakfast. Only downside was by the pool area (3rd floor). The furniture looks new, we were sitting there and a gust of wind blew over 2 umbrellas, one snapped iff completely and the umbrella hit me on the head. I reported it to reception and told them that the umbrellas were not strong enough, he wasn't interested and said that they were decorative (why have an umbrella that cannot be used) he also said that I should have reported it to management not him!! On checkout I mentioned it again and the receptionist said that she would get someone to contact me about it but I have heard nothing.

Really enjoyed my stay—clean rooms, great location, and friendly service. Only small drawback was the bistro, where the food was just okay.

He hotel was more than I expected. Very clean and everyone was very friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel lacks security measures , Looby area not under proper CCTV surveillance, Front desk person ZAK was a very demeaning, Person with a bad tounge, Serious lacked courtesy, seriously doesn’t deserve to be on a Customer dealing job. Hilton hotels needs to see what is to be done to fix this, But for sure I will personally recommend everyone not to book with this property. Mr.Nathan And Graig were helpful. But over all I consider it to be a bad choice, so really not booking ever again with this property.

A nice hotel, attentive staff at breakfast, especially Nagwa who made it her mission to find some brown sauce so we could enjoy our bacon & sausage. Many thanks Nagwa for your kindness.

Nagwa and Viviana as a breakfast team was excellent, always smiling and keeping up with each guest. Food was always fresh each morning and cleanliness was top tier.

Our room was clean, only thing that would be nice is a newer comforter ours was shabby with pulls in it. Breakfast was delicious and the hostess Nagwa was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Perfect location, I would stay again.
