This was very disappointing, the hotel is under renovation. Dirty, no carpet, trashy. Something should be done. I will never use this service again unless I hear/get some sort of refund!!!!

Thomasina at front desk was very friendly and helpful with our questions and needs! She even offered us samples of liquid iv, which we were in desperate need! 😅 The location is very convenient too, there’s a Walgreens down the street for emergencies.

It took over 20 minutes to get warm water and even longer to get "hot" water .. the Beds are to small for 2 adults to sleep comfortably, and felt like I was in a valley. For comparison My Twin Select Number bed I set to 65 or 70. We didn't find the trashcan until we were checking the room to depart. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The breakfast bar was nice but the sausage patties were cold dry and tuff. The eggs were good, and you can't miss with the make your on waffles.

The newly remodeled hotel is beautiful, breed very comfortable. When i went to close the drapes the window was opened and the patch was broke. Made me very nervous. I kept expecting someone to come in thru the window. Also the mobility shower was poorly designed, water didn't drain properly and the floor was in 2" of water. I usually love this hotel, however this trip left me sleepless.

The shower still had hair in it from the previous guest, and the shower door wouldn't stay shut. So, some cleaning was missed, may be due to short staffing.

Thomasina was an absolute delight to deal with! Her customer service really made us feel comfortable here in Nashville. She was able to help us out with the early check in and provide us with some great food recommendations. The room was super clean and spacious. The AC was amazingly cool and the beds were comfortable.

Hotel was a great stop off for rest. My fur babies were welcomed with a nominal fee. Room was clean, hotel is a little older so hall carpets could use refresh but they are obviously a very busy trafficked hotel as location is good The breakfast was hot and well stocked and the eating area was kept nice. A manager walked past and greeted us. The best part was check in around 10pm . The hostess Ana, was a friendly welcome for a weary traveler. Pleasant and smiley after obviously having quite a few guests to check in. The parking lot was full! Had a good nights rest and was ready for the next days travels! Thanks!
