Out of date. Elevators were very sketchy and the A/C unit was not working appropriately. This was not what I was expecting when booking the hotel. If you are a Hyatt rewards member, I would advise to stay at the Hyatt House that is located in the same area.

The location of this hotel is good, while being near the airport, it is still a 10-15 minute drive from a lot of attractions and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, however are in dire need of a facelift with dated, aged, and damaged furniture. The staff are friendly and the provided breakfast is as expected from a Hyatt Place.

Don’t book here! This hotel is very out dated. Looks like mold in the rooms. There’s a stench throughout the lobby that carries into the room. I’m so disappointed that this is affiliated with the Hyatt brand. Save your money and book at the Hyatt House. It’s a more upscale place and looks clean. If only I could get my money back.

The stay at the hotel was like staying at home! It was clean, quiet, and relaxing. The food was delicious and the staff were AMAZING!!! I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 4 times over the past few years. I really like the location (5 mins to airport and easy access to highway and DT Nash) and I enjoy the spacious rooms. But sadly this hotel has become run down, dirty and is in a state of disrepair. It is run by a skeleton crew and also does not offer daily housekeeping as the norm. It was in the high 80’s last week and the pool, while “open”, was not cleaned. The water was clouded and also littered with leaves and dirt. The hotel definitely doesn’t live up to the Hyatt standard. My most recent stay was not a good one. We checked in late and needed to be out early in the am to catch a flight. Our room was dirty, we found hairs in the bed, we found a bug in the bed, the air conditioner did not work properly and was falling apart. The room was so hot that we could not sleep. Called the front desk to have the AC turned up or repaired and no maintenance was available. They offered to change our room, but we were all unpacked and in bed already. We thought we’d wait it out and the room would eventually cool down. It did not. When I called back at 1am to change rooms, I let the phone ring about 30 times and they did not answer. Tried one more time to no avail. We suffered through the night and barely slept. I honestly would have been better off just sleeping in my car. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so I’ve added a few.
