Chose this place as it was close to the airport for a late evening arrival into BNA. Despite calling ahead before we left from our original destination and upon arrival, no shuttle arrived as promised. Ended up taking Lyft. Room was very dirty and worn. Would not return.

The hotel room was dusty and had spots on the Funiture. It was not what I expect from a Hyatt, even at the Hyatt Place level. The hotel needs a refresh and new couches and beds. The good part is that the workers in the lobby where friendly and helpful.

Need a little modernization/love on the maintenance side. Odd number rooms are facing the airport departure corridor… so noisy. We had to change rooms due to a clogged tub, but staff quickly got a new room for us. Dee, at the front desk, was exceptional.

Had a great stay. Staff is over the top friendly and very helpful. Ran out of shower gel and we had it replaced within 5 minutes. A full breakfast is offered from 6-9:30 and is very nice. Jesse one of the front desk attendants, was so nice. He greeted us a big hello. Rooms were very clean and attended to everyday. The only negative thing I can say about our stay was the bathroom fan didnt work. I will definitely go back.

No hot water in the room and was told that wasn’t their issues been here multiple times and this was the worse visit ever
