Days Inn by Wyndham Nashville Saint Thomas West Hospital

Was in town for work. The location is excellent I am literally near everything food, shopping , hospital and work. I come here every few months to do covid-19 clean up training and I always stay here. These guys are the best. It's basic & simple with no hassle. No mess. No fuss. Friendly staff here will help with whatever may pop up. They are down to earth and will not bother you when you need rest. I need Day time sleep bc I work at night and these guys did not bother me about signing papers or key cards updated. When I woke up and got ready to go I stopped by the front desk and my booking paperwork was all good to go. I had to do a day by day reservation and they were cool with it. The price you cannot beat. The hotel down the street here was 197$ a night, with rewards. These guys were 72$ with rewards membership. It is safe. It is clean. Very Simple and easy to check in. I recommend this hotel to anyone needing to be near anything in Nashville. Work. Play. Business. There isn't a pool ,but I haven't seen anyone swimming in hotel pools since before the pandemic. So it is not a deal breaker lol They get all 5 stars from me! Thank you for not being complicated and all in my business while I was crazy training and visiting my dad while he was at St. Thomas with Open Heart Surgery. Thank you and God bless.

STAFF WAS POLITE BUT FACILTY WAS POORLY PRESENTED AND ROOM WAS DIRTY WITH LEFTOVER ITEMS FROM PREVIOUS GUESTS. ROOM WAS NOT STOCKED WITH ANY AMMENITIES.

Bedspread had stains, bugs everywhere, my bed broke as soon as I got there and trash was by my room!

It is nothing close to the pictures. Was very disappointed

Good for a lay over

I am writing this review in absolute disgust and anger after what I can only describe as a nightmare stay at this hotel (Days Inn - Nashville Saint Thomas West Hospital) . The level of neglect and filth I encountered is beyond appalling and unacceptable for any establishment, let alone a hotel under a well-known brand. Upon my arrival, the room I was assigned was in a deplorable state. The bathroom was a health hazard - a black bottomed tub and dried blood stains on the walls are not what one expects to find in any hotel room! The entire room reeked of mildew, making it utterly uninhabitable. I was so appalled by these conditions that I found myself with no choice but to return to the front desk WITHIN AN HOUR to check out. What adds insult to injury is the blatant dishonesty and lack of integrity from the hotel management. At checkout, I was assured a refund due to these intolerable conditions, yet the hotel manager has since refused to honor this promise. This is not just poor customer service; it's a total disregard for basic human decency and professional responsibility. The manager of this hotel should be ashamed for running such a poorly kept establishment. It's an embarrassment to the Days Inn brand and a slap in the face to every guest who expects and deserves a clean, safe place to stay.

It was alright the toilet didn’t work even after coming in and fixing it and it was non smoking and smelt like straight up smoke

The hotel was not very clean, and was not cleaned very well. The staff was very nice, and helpful as well. But the property had much to be desired. Beds dingy and lumpy, TV worked but the cable didn't. Furniture was shabby and pock marked. Visible dirt in many places.
