The hardware facilities of the hotel are okay, but the service is definitely very poor, very poor, very poor. I obviously booked a room for 5 nights with prepayment on Ctrip, which cost nearly 4,000 yuan a night, including breakfast, but when I When I checked in, the hotel told me that my room did not include breakfast and I had to pay for breakfast myself. Hotel is very nice clean and friendly staff. Location not very convenient but the free shuttle service for a 3 mile radius is helpful. I would recommend this hotel best for business people not anyone looking to party downtown.
