Front staff & shuttle driver from airport was great. And 4am shuttle driver to airport was great Bathroom pretty bad. Sink didn’t drain & handicap shower that the water leaked out on to floor. Thank goodness lots of towels to mop up water but what a terrible design! I thought it was a weird design but we already had our luggage in room before I saw the shower. I didn’t want to be that person to request another room. Sorry I didn’t. I couldn’t shower as I freaked out when I turned water on in am to adjust temp & it was running out of shower stall! And yes I had the curtain closed completely. Whew, added to stress of early flight & 4am shuttle. Free early morning stress test. Room was clean, a little worn but not bad for airport hotel. Nice suite design The staff was great but that shower!

Hands down one of the very worst hotels I’ve stayed at. Very, very run down and not clean, overall. My room was FILTHY. It looked like there was mold in the track of the window in my room and also in the shower. It looked like someone on the floor above vomited out there window and it was all over my window. I stated my concerns and was told a manager would call and I didn’t hear from one. Avoid this place at all costs!

My room was great! It was clean and safe. A great price and free shuttle service from BNA are why I chose this hotel. I was stranded at BNA because I was on the last flight to Chicago and it was cancelled. Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Nashville Airport, TN SAVED ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!

First room the fan in the bathroom wouldn’t stop and was super loud and the phone didn’t work. I had to go all the way downstairs to get another room. Second room was better but the walls and furniture are all marked up. Definitely has seen better days for sure.

The staff were wonderful and tried to do the best with what they had but the room had cobwebs, dents and bangs in the walls, stains and overall the hotel need a good overhaul to freshen it up and clean it up.

The front staff was very kind and helpful, they were quick and efficient with check-in. I needed to call and change my room the day of my stay and the staff was able to quickly change it, let me know of the price change, which was minimal less than $20, and get me ready to check-in. Rooms were clean and large, beds were actually fairly comfortable and warm do to the very cold weather. There was also lots of parking including in the garage which was nice given the snow and cold. Would stay here again on my next trip. Price was very reasonable as well.
