Very friendly when checking in and out. We had a family room, and the bathroom wouldn't shut. Other than the minor repair it was a good visit.

Didn't stay due to meeting being cancelled due to icy weather conditions. I did not receive a refund even though I notified them 2 days in advance

My son and I stayed here while in the nashville area. It is located slightly outside nashville (10 minute drive) from most downtown attractions. It in the area of the Hermitage. The hotel itself is modern,comfortable, and clean. It served a continental breakfast and has a small area to buy drinks snacks and essentials. The check in / check out quick was efficient. They also have a really nice outside pool. I would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The hotel is easily accessible at a convenient location. The breakfast buffet contained several options and was very good. We had an overall excellent experience without issue.
