It was a little run down but mostly clean. It really wasn’t worth the price I paid for the night but any port in the storm.

Bug infested room. Broken elevator. Problem with a broken door knobs to enter the room. Staff did not fix issues brought to there attention

We got in very late only be told there were no rooms left. We had made the reservation 2-3 months prior to our arrival. We were told we would be refunded but haven’t seen the money yet. No assistance getting another hotel. A family with young kids were told the same and had to take a taxi back to the airport.

The way the staff talked to me & treated my family after being explained to them we were only there for a doctor's visit. They were told from the very beginning of how many of us were in a room, and they proceeded to come bother me after other tenants were looking in my room. They were very rude and didn't seem to care about any situation, and I asked if my skin color was the reason and the guy at the desk plainly stated to me it was. I would highly suggest to future guests not to stay there.

Asked for non-smoking room and was gave a non-smoking rooms with blankets covered in cigarette burns. 100 cash deposit was stung on me at check-in. Terrible situation, I didn’t even sleep in the bed. I said freak it and continued my 4 hour drive
