The customer service is absolutely terrible! This is the second visit I have scheduled in two weeks as we were traveling for vacation and booked over the phone. The man I talked to on the phone originally said he was going to give us a king suite so I went to book and then at the end he changed it saying it’s the double queen and that’s what he said the whole time. We travel often and I will NEVER stay here again. These people will say anything to get someone to book with them.

This facility lives up to the high rating on *******. Clean, well maintained and modern, it makes for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is one of the best we've experienced. The staff are friendly, professional and courteous. There is a convenience store within 2 min walk, as well as fast food restaurants. Stores and higher end dining within a few minutes drive. Only shortfall is the grounds are covered in empty liquor bottles and several less than reputable folks walking the area made my wife feel unsafe without escort after dusk
