The room was nice I enjoyed my stay. my stay was from April 1 through April 4. It has been 14 business days and I still have not received my deposit back. I have reached out to accounting to the manager And corporate, but nobody seems to understand what’s going on with my money. This was the first time that was ever able to stay at a nice hotel like that but my worst experience.

Fornt desk staff were the friendliest hotel staff I have ever had! Very pleasant to interact with. Please consider hypoallergenic pillows/duvets as feathers did make me extremely congested and not well rested.

We stayed 4 nights and truely enjoyed our stay Dee Dee and Kia did an exceptional job They were very helpful and bright and cheery The hotel is close to several restauraunts and a 20 minute ride to airport and downtown Very easy to get an UBER or take the free transportation to the ***lord Opryland The only complaint I have are the small bathrooms and perhaps some better pillows.

Great place to stay when attending the Grand ole opry. The staff is superb! The front desk staff especially! / Nice hot breakfast is included in your stay each morning. There is a shuttle that picks up each hour to take you downtown. Round trip about $10 Close to many restaurants. The rooms do have tiny bathrooms , but everything is clean and fresh. Will definitely stay again.

This place is old and musty smelling. The bathrooms are so small you have to straddle the toilet to close the door. Then to shower you step up into this tub where the shower head is so low it hits mid chest. Staff was super friendly and breakfast is good but this place needs a major reno
