Hyatt Place Nashville / Brentwood

This hotel is beyond a shadow of a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I should have known when we arrived and there was no one to help with your bags that it was going to be a bad experience. So, I unloaded my car onto a trolley and helped my 96 year old mother onto the elevator. The room was ok, but had a bathroom so small even a small person could barely get in and close the door without moving to the side to do so. The beds were adequate, though a bit soft. We left for most of the next day and when we returned our beds had not been made. They took used towels and emptied the trash but that was all. When I inquired the next morning at the front desk I was told they only make the beds “every other day”! However, we stayed a total of 4 nights and the beds were never made the entire time! The breakfast was average. And it was the same menu every single day. One morning when we arrived there was almost no food left and no one had bothered to clean up around the area. On top of that, they charge you some fee for who knows what even though my entire booking had been paid in advance. Part of that is supposed to be refunded but “could take 7 to 10 days”. When I went to check out, there was no one at the front desk and we had to wait over 15 minutes for him to return. There was a sign stating he was off performing other duties! Perhaps he was making up our beds?? Then when I told him how disappointed I was he just stared at the computer. Did not say he was sorry or anything. All he said was,” Ok, your checkout is complete.” I know one thing…I have stayed there twice…my first time and my LAST! Worst hotel and still not inexpensive.

Breakfst was excellent. Location was very good. Sink drained very slowly. Bath light took several minutes to reach full brightness

I originally booked this hotel months in advance for a two-night stay, but we later had to change it to one night. When we made that change, the rate increased by about $100 more per night than what we had originally booked. I understand hotel pricing can fluctuate, but that was still a significant increase. At check-in, the front desk associate was genuinely kind and helpful—she was honestly the best part of the stay. While we were waiting for our room for early check-in, the manager spoke to her very unprofessionally in front of guests, even calling her a liar and telling her she could “learn something if she listened to him.” It was uncomfortable and inappropriate to witness that kind of interaction. The breakfast was pretty good. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The bathroom had hair in the shower, the luggage rack was broken, and the curtains were stained and did not fully close, which allowed a bright streetlight to shine directly into the room at night. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the pull-out sofa mattress was old and not clean. The elevator was also concerning, as it appeared to be missing a button and the control panel did not look safe. Overall, the property feels like it needs updating and refreshing throughout. Overall, for nearly $300, the stay did not feel worth the price. The only positive experience was the kindness of the front desk associate during check-in.

Convenient hotel directly off highway. They met all our needs, nice spacious room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again.

Great experience. The lady at the front (Kima?) made my day sunshine! The washroom is less than 100 sqft made my family feel not comfortable. The location is perfect for my Geodis Parik Liverpool game visit!

Book your room at this hotel if you want a perfect stay. My second visit was as great as my first. The team makes your entire stay seamless. Christopher at the front desk gave me a top floor room with a view. He checked on me throughout my stay. Housekeeping kept my room clean and stocked with fresh towels and coffee. You will love the location because a Target sits right across the street. Pick this property for your next trip to town.

Room was great, hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, rate was reasonable. Couldn't ask for better.

It was a very pleasant experience. Chris was so nice. The room was spacious. I was able to bring my dog. Everything went so well. All of the staff were great.
