Location is easy to get to and .7 miles (15 minute walk) from the excitement of Downtown Broadway/Bridgestone Arena. I was able pre-pay for parking when booking my reservation, which is in a gated area attached to the building that you will need an access code to use. There is a small gym with two treadmills, free weights, and some other equipment, it looked like. The building is an old bank/reserve building so the wayfinding can be a little tricky, but all-in-all it's a very clean space that I wouldn't hesitate to stay in again. I did have some communicating between booking and my stay due to use-error on my end and was always responded to within a few hours if not sooner.

Wonderful location. Our room was spacious and inviting. We could hear sirens every once in a while, but pretty much nothing else. We couldn't hear other tenants.

Unit was very quirkly, beds comfortable. Great location to Broadway and Publix. However, unit was very dirty, windows not insulated or black out blinds so early mornings were loud and cold. Second bedroom had no windows and only bathroom to share was located in the masterbed room.

I've stayed at this property many times for business. It is conveniently located in downtown and close to my corporate headquarters. Easy to walk to work and to restaurants. The rooms are spacious, decorated nicely, with comfortable beds, and clean. As much as I love this property, some of the amenities I used to enjoy are no longer provided. There is no longer an app that I can use on my phone to manage my stay at this property. This is a definite need and I hope they bring it back. You also used to get two bottles of water upon arrival in the room - but those seem to no longer be provided. After traveling all day, it was always nice to have bottled water waiting for me in the room. Internet access is terrible - I've never had good internet access during any of my stays on this property. I typically end up using the hotspot on my phone. Internet access needs a serious upgrade. Also, the TVs in the room only offer streaming access - no access to local or network programming. Finally, the TVs are newer, but super cheap - and they have limited audio output quality. When the heat or air comes on, you can't hear the TV - even when it is set on high. I love staying at this property, and will continue to stay there. But I wish they would upgrade the internet and TVs to at least be on par with other hotels.

We heard that the hotel is a former bank, and the architecture seems to support this. It has concrete floors throughout, and seems well fortified. There are no keys at all; entry to the building and to the guest rooms is by punching in a six-digit code, which one receives by email before check-in. The main entrance to the hotel is on the second floor, as it is on a hill. However, the elevator has a star next to the first-floor button, suggesting that one exits from that floor. The only exit on the first floor leads to the parking lot. It's not possible to walk out from the parking lot, since a heavy, tall metal gate blocks egress. The first time I left the hotel, I used the parking-lot exit by mistake, and was unable to get back in with the code. Only by calling the hotel (and being routed to a call center) did I figure out how to re-enter. I was confusing my reservation code (also a number, but only 4 digits) with my entry code. To avoid this confusion, I would recommend that the hotel switch to alphabetic codes for reservations; then it would be clear that one should not try to use that code at the keypad. The rooms (apartments, actually) are quite large, with full refrigerators and stoves, and separate bedrooms. They were very clean. We found that the wifi was badly overloaded in the evening. It was difficult to get on, and we frequently got knocked off. The corners on the bed were sharp; it would've been easy to run into them and bruise your shin. I pulled the comforter over them to be on the safe side. The tub wall was quite high; this could be a danger especially for an older person. The water pressure was not very high, either, which made it take longer to rinse oneself off. My room was very quiet. No noise at all, other than one siren over the three-day period. Despite the glitches, it was a good value for the money.

Rooms are great, once you are in. The whole unpersonalized access systems is terrible though. Especially after traveling a long day with heavy suitcases having to walk around scanning QR codes, waiting to be called back (+15 minutes!) is just not up to standards. Keypads with unreadable numbers, etc I understand you want to try your costs of employment low, but for the hotel you try to be, well, actually for every hotel this is not up to standard.
