Great location right in the centre of all the action. Great room , friendly staff. Will definitely stay again if I return to Nashville

Everyone who worked there was very rude except for maybe one person I talked to. I usually don’t write reviews but picking this hotel almost ruined my whole trip/concert due to issues checking in and just simply not listening. It’s a cool place but I just had so many different problems here and I have never had this issue before.

Having had 2 hotels cancel our reservation, I booked this at last minute. We booked a windowless room that was compact but perfect for our 2 night stay. Located in the middle of the hustle & bustle. Hotel had an industrial style design, country singer in the lobby and a 24/7 coffee station. Bed was super comfortable and room had all the amenities that you might require, including hairdryer and clothes steamer. Toiletries and soft towels with a spacious walk in shower. Would definitely visit again, location is all you could wish for. Did not use roof top restaurant.

We booked on ******* and after driving 8 hours we arrive and the room we booked was not available and all they could give us was a windowless room but would not refund the difference in price even after showing my receipt for what’s was purchased. The guy at the bar/check in was rude and cocky and just kept telling it’s our fault for using ******* and to call them. We called ******* and they told us to talk to the hotel as the rooms they sell are what the hotel gives them and neither Marriott or ******* would do anything and just blamed each other leaving me overpaying for a room that did not exist. The guy at Moxy should not be in hospitality at all. He’s unprofessional and totally rude with no care for what happened and did nothing to help. I’ll never use ******* or stay at any Marriot ever again as they take your money and offer an awful experience.

I stayed here on Friday 9/19/25. I called down at 10:15 AM to ask for a late checkout after not receiving a response to my in app message after an hour of waiting. I was first told it was not available then asked if I could stay until 11:30. The front desk agent said that would be fine. At 11:09 Darlene and another gentlemen were knocking on my door demanding I leave the room immediately and that if I didn’t I’d be charged for another day. I explained that I called down to ask for more time and was accused of lying. I diffused the situation by apologizing, got Darlene to give me a few more minutes, finished packing my belongings then left the room at 11:16. I stopped by the desk and spoke with Darlene and the agent who took the call when I left. The agent claimed he said “I could have a few extra minutes” but that I didn’t have status and that was why a late checkout wasn’t offered. That’s a flat out lie. Incredibly poor customer service all around. I’m a Marriott employee here in Nashville at another hotel and would never treat a guest the way I was treated. I’d avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be threatened and accused of lying!

This hotel was in the best location. The Valet service was excellent. The rooms are nice, the only thing missing is a mini fridge. We heard complaints of noise, however we never heard a thing. I will stay here again.
