The hot cake lady made you feel welcomed at every breakfast, always happy to help & made sure you got enough to eat . The staff was very friendly & the room was clean .

Check in was easy and the lady up front was awesome! I think her name was Casey? She is so sweet to me and my friends. The room was super nice and clean! The beds were comfortable. The shower was awesome and they had dove products so I didn’t even have to use my own things from home (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion). The breakfast in the mornings is such a good spread. They have a pancake MACHINE that is super cool and a sweet lady that sings for you about the pancakes. They were delicious! The location is also great, not too close or too far from the night life of Nashville. All in all it was a wonderful stay! Thank you Holiday inn metro center.

Property was clean and relatively new. The room cleaning was less than adequate. We did get clean towels and trash taken. No coffee refills, no bed made up, no extra toliet paper (had Kleenex)Maybe that’s all we get these days.

I went to spend a weekend in Nashville with my cousin. The hotel is conveniently located and super affordable! I love that parking is only $10 a day. They also offer one free Uber ride downtown once a day which was awesome! Downtown was only a few minutes away. The beds were comfortable. We found it funny that my bed was made but they did not make my cousin's bed the whole time we stayed there. Towels were replaced every day. Overall, we would definitely stay there again. They do have a pool but it was essentially not heated (in winter) and was dirty. So we didn't get to use it.
