We had an excellent stay. The location was perfect for our needs. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The suggestions given to us for things to see and do were wonderful.

The entire staff is helpful and friendly. Food service is wonderful, rooms are very clean and well stocked. Centrally located and is easy walking to get to tons of restaurants and sites. Airport is a relatively quick and inexpensive Uber ride away.

The proximity to my work conference was unbeatable. It was easy walking to Broadway. There are lots of options to eat inside the hotel. My room had a nice view and I enjoyed looking out at night and in the mornings. However- The room was absolutely filthy. I am a stickler for hygiene but I don’t think this was me being finnicky. There were used blood sugar *****s and dirt and mildew. I did notify them and requested an extra clean but it was still not attended to. I don’t like to make a fuss but I was not comfortable in the room and for the outrageous prices it should have been a comfortable experience.

This hotel is beautiful in main area. The rooms were large but carpet was worn and pulling up in areas. My room did not face a main road so other than some typical city noises it was quiet. Several coworkers had rooms facing the main streets and heard the bachelorette parties riding past every 5 min until 3am, even on the top floors. The strangest thing is that housekeeping will be cleaning rooms past 5pm, I understand it’s a huge property but most people are getting ready for the evening at that time so it’s just strange they don’t staff to have the daily room cleanings completed mid morning while most people are out and about. The coffee shop and barliners restaurant were reasonably priced and good options.

What a GREAT HOTEL and STAFF!! From the Valet to the Room and Service. John at the bag attendance helps with any and all things needed… if you Need help, ask for John! Also, the bar staff is Exceptional! Sid helped everyone at the bar proficiently and expeditiously! I can not remember the other Bartenders name but He was also Extremely accommodating! Will return Just because of those 3!

Pros: entertainment and food onsite made things really nice especially in the evenings. Pillows were amazingly comfortable. Facility was very nice. Cons: room was so hot even with air on lowest setting that we did not rest well. Beds were very very firm - another reason for very little rest. Shower door allowed water to leak all over bathroom. Fridge did not work well and we had to discard any food we tried to store in it. Would not likely return.
