Beautiful hotel and excellent location. The lobby bar was wonderful, the Bongo Java coffee shop was great, and the restaurants were fabulous. The front desk staff was amazing. We weren't able to enjoy the nice pool though, as it had about 80 people in it and no where to sit! It was one of the reasons we chose The Omni. But, I would stay here again.

Our daughter's wedding ceremony and reception became a seamless celebration thanks to the hotel and catering service that made us feel like VIPs. Our group of 80 came, partied, and conquered this happy event.

The hotel was spotless and clean the staff friendly, But the bar price in the foyer was super expensive. Overall go stay there but drink outside the hotel.

Rasha was amazing! We had the breakfast buffet and would recommend it! Rasha encouraged us to have a waffle and it was very light, airy and flaky. The best part was Rasha's bubbly personality. She made our morning that much brighter! Thank you. We were hungry and the food was good so we didn't get any pictures! Bacon and cheddar eggs were very good as well.

One Note restaurant breakfast buffet was great. A little pricey but OK for an upscale downtown hotel. But of importance was the wait staff - Rasha was incredible. I travel quite a bit experiencing many customer service folks, but Rasha was exceptional- from her attention to our basic requests as well as going above and beyond.

Love Rasha!!! She’s so helpful and extremely kind. I’ve never been to Nashville and she explained times to go visit places and where to go. I was only here for 2 nights and this information was so amazing!
