Some train noise in the morning, but they provided the earplug for this. Great restaurant on the lobby named present tense. Small shop also provided at the lobby.

Loved the Hippo Market and the barista was super sweet. I stayed with my sister and she was obsessed with the kitchen available and washer/dryer as well in the room.

Beautiful and great restaurant downstairs!

Totally enjoyed staying here. 5 minute Uber ride to downtown bars and music. Heard the trains but didn't really bother us. Would stay again

The room was nice and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable. Full kitchen, washer-dryer. Nice bathroom. Would be excellent for a longer stay, mine was just overnight. The location is a little noisy - the train runs beside the property. The hotel does provide ear plugs. Parking is awkward - it's some kind of stackable system, but parking was only on ground level. I had a morning meeting and the bodega and restaurant were still closed when I left - I was able to make coffee in the room and there is a kitchen had I brought groceries.

Room was fantastic! Very clean all inclusive with full kitchen, dining table, heating & air, murphy bed/couch AND washer/dryer! Bathroom nice too. Concrete floors making the room very insulated. Lots of light. As for the property there wasn’t enough parking for the hotel plus the full restaurant & student spots. Probably 10 at the most. Across the street parking but full with signs saying “private parking” or be towed. I drove around until a student showed me how to park by them. No directions to get to the door which wasn’t in the front. Door locked. Rang the bell finally someone came out to let me in (while looking at his phone sauntering over gah that really ticked me off) Nice little café by the front desk with good coffee. Lots of construction & train tracks literally outside my room but I don’t blame the property at all for this. Wasn’t noisy over night and they provided ear plugs.
