My stay was amazing until the incident with my truck. I paid for valet parking to ensure the safety and security of my vehicle. However the vehicle was damaged in the parking garage. Someone curbed my rear driver side wheel and clipped a pole or wall in the garage resulting in a huge scuff down the side of my wheelwell. None of this damage was disclosed to me when presented with my vehicle. I could not visibly see the damage due to the early morning darkness and did not see the damage until i returned. I am currently waiting on contact from the hotel and hoping to be made whole after this unexpected incident.

Excellent time at the beginning of our Southern States tour, we always enjoy the “different” decor in each of the hotels. Always great service.

The valets were fast, the staff were warm and engaging, and the hotel itself is well designed with numerous gathering spots, bars and a great rooftop pool. This is a great place to stay for couples, and we had plenty of options for things to do between the hotel itself and the area bars/ restaurants.

Came for a quick trip to Nashville for the first time with my husband. Hotel was very clean and had a great scent pumping through the hotel. Rooms were clean - very trendy - and had a great bar with snacks and drinks available

it took three days for us to solve how to replenish our minibar and four days before our request for a broken TV was attended to. Not good value for the money.

Would totally return here. Awesome hotel and cool vibe! Food was good as was the service. Only downer was it poured rain for pool day!

The Cinco de Mayo pool party was not communicated at either booking or check in. It was pure chaos with 300+ people that was open to the public. All tables and lounge chairs were reserved or taken. At the cost of $400+ per night it was unacceptable that this was not communicated.

Overall hotel is nice and chamber rooms are unique, Roof top pool was nice but there was a pool part on sunday that started at 12 noon and it was overcrowded with drunk people, we stayed for an hour and left. When we got back a few hours later there were drunk people in elevators and lobby. Didnt think this was a Mardi gras type place. Usually stay at Marriott and wanted to try something new, will be staying at Marriott in the future
