The location is in the city center, the bed is very comfortable, and the facilities are relatively new and modern. The service attitude is also very good, both at the front desk and the doorman.
At this price (more than 4,000 RMB per night), there are no slippers (perhaps due to cultural differences), but there is an extra charge for WiFi.
Overall, it's good, after all, you paid a lot of money.

The Entires staff and Valet/Door Team were amazing! They made my stay so great that I extended and extra night. Big Thank You to (Hunter) in valet! Great time at the Joseph! Close to downtown, attentive staff. The rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable. This was our second time to stay at this Nashville hotel and we will be back. Jackson M at valet station was helpful and so friendly!

Great choice behind Country Hall of Music , 10 minute walk to Broadway mayhem, Johny Cash museum , Ryman auditorium etc , 14 minute walk to charming Gulch area , 15 min to airport , great service and staff , rooms spacious and refined Special thanks to Heather concierge , Lucy at front desk and Faith in lobby restaurant for breakfast and lunch - 3 great staff representing your hotel - informative and always smiling .Doormen were also a pleasure , Hotel easy access for Uber

I’ve been here at The Joseph for 1 night staying 2 more. So far it has been a wonderful experience. Check in was easy and although are room wasn’t ready the bar/restaurant was opened. King room is spacious and clean. Requests are felt with immediately! The young men working the entrance/car area outside are so kind and friendly. Both Jackson and Luke have been helpful and nice. Look out for them if u have any questions or just need your door held opened!

We stayed here for a weekend getaway in Nashville. Booked through American Express. They did not have an upgraded room available initially on check in but we circled back in the evening and they were able to accommodate us with a suite upgrade! The rooms were fantastic, super clean and well-kept. Super soft mattress and pillows. Everything could be ordered through an IPad in room and room service was a breeze. The signature restaurant downstairs, Yolan, was delicious. Really high quality Italian cuisine and great atmosphere. Plenty of seats down in the lobby when I had to crank out some emails after checking out. The service really set this place apart. Everyone was extremely attentive and polite. Felt catered to at every corner and loved it! Will definitely look to stay here again whenever we come back to Nashville

First time in Nashville Tn to see family for a couple days for Easter . Unique place for a hotel , Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Upon first arrival The valet Johnathan was quick to load are luggage onto a cart before we could even get out ourselves ! Front desk was helpful with our rooms and directing us. Beds were clean and comfy and spacious. Will update review if more good things come!

Great experience at the Joseph. All the employees provided excellent customer service ! I dined and went to the bar- excellent food and drinks and very attentive staff. Luke in valet was really providing tier one service , hustling to open the doors and always welcoming when coming in and out of the hotel valet. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend ! Great location as well.
