Was there for a business conference. The accommodations and amenities were excellent from the meals provided during the conference and the restaurant. Staff were very pleasant from the Valet to the front desk clerks and the housekeeping staff.

The shower head and water temperature in room 1508 was awful. Called the front desk and there was nothing they could do. Poor customer service when paying over $300 per night. Not what I expected when staying at 4star or more.

Lounge/main bar area music so loud could not have conversation with our table group.
Needs to turn volume down. This was same complaint I had before. We’re going to start going to different place if it’s not turned down to more comfortable volume.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and location. The staff was great, great rooftop bar, great cocktails and eats. I will be back!

Customer service went beyond my expectations. Phone answered immediately. Desk personnel always at the ready. Housekeeping service quick and overly efficient. Shipping services more than helpful.
