Some fruits were moldy, all else appeared fine. Parking was well lit but some areas nit comfortable with, space are somewhat small.

The facility was nice, but it was very noisy during my visit, which disrupted my stay and actually caused me to check out early.

Breakfast was tasteless and the business center is nonexistent. The front desk person said it had not worked in all the minths he had been employed there. I needed a patking pass printed and he couldn't even maje the front desk printer work. Very inconvenient

Our check-in experience was seamless, and the gentleman who assisted us was incredibly thorough, kind, and thoughtful. Every staff member we encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping in the hallways—was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. We really appreciated the snack bag as Marriott members—that was such a nice touch. Everything throughout the property was very clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve experienced. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it never felt crowded or noisy, which made for a really relaxing stay. We also loved the fruit-infused water station at the front desk—another thoughtful detail. The location was great as well. We found a few nearby spots and absolutely loved the bang bang shrimp tacos at Sunny’s, and the salad was fresh and delicious. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely return.

The pool was great for young kids! Shallow, but big enough. The shuttle to downtown was an amazing perk of the hotel. The shuttle ran for the majority of the day and drivers were punctual and so friendly! The breakfast too was always clean, well stocked with a variety of items. Would for sure stay here again when in Nashville!

This property is great. Only 8 minutes from downtown. The concierge Hassan was very nice and respectful. He gave us everything he needs. I would stay here again for sure!

Clean rooms, great location, free shuttle to downtown, awesome buffett breakfast, and free parking!

Bananas not fresh. Wifi on TV very slow (Netflix); Men's bathroom in lobby - unable to lock door twice! NO YOGURT! (was finally replenished today, but at 8:50 am, when breakfast ended at 9am!) Also ran out of hard boiled eggs! Please improve breakfast, make it HEALTHIER by having lots of yogurts and hard boiled eggs. Why does shuttle end 9:30p? Many of us returning from Broadway well after that time!

Breakfast disappointing - bananas not fresh, and "ran out of" yogurt (yogurt only there 1 out of 4 mornings). OJ out of machine was watery 8:30am. Scrambled eggs 5/10...should have had the cheese omelet type eggs that were served on Saturday, every morning! Bottom line: need more fruit and yogurt...much healthier for you!! Men's bathroom in lobby did not lock, and ran out of paper towels 8p at night. Staff excellent and very polite. Marriot envoy members should NOT have to pay for parking.
