Everything went smooth at check-in. I crashed and was gone by 7AM

Great stay. We have stayed in past and the service is as always except. We arrived 30 minutes early and was able to check in. This is older hotel but still great. Big rooms! Beds comfortable! They have great breakfast. Will definitely stay again

The positives: Overnight front desk employee was friendly, and was obviously working hard multitasking between calls and check in process. Quick and efficient. The negatives: every. thing. else. While I know Nashville hotel prices can be overinflated in general, charging a 200$+ room rate for this property is insane... the beds were extremely uncomfortable (think hostel-level cots) and they'd be better suited for a jail or college dorm. You could feel each individual spring, and if you or the other guest so much as moves slightly, the creeks from the springs are so loud it wakes you up. Felt and sounded like an old trampoline. The lighting in the shower/toilet area of the bathroom was so dim it was almost unsettling. The external door to the hallway looked like it was involved in a shoot out. There were dents all over it and the paint was peeling off almost the entire door (I have seen many slumlord rental properties with less scary doors). The guest I brought into town looked at me in a "are we safe to stay here??" kind of way. - The bathroom walls were covered in large paint peels (each larger than my hands). The shower curtain had no liner. There was no conditioner in the shower, only a tiny soap bar and the smallest single-use bottle of shampoo. The hallways on our floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which set off my allergies (if they allow smoking in some rooms, it should be separate floors). Overall I would only stay here again if it were quite literally the last room available in Nashville, and even then I would consider staying in my car. For 200$ a night, there are so many better options for the same price or cheaper. When options like Fairfield's or Residence Inn's exist, it's only a testament to Nashville's bustling tourism industry that places like this can stay competitive.

Outdated room, toilet seat was lose, noisy odor remover in bathroom, shower did not work, no pressure, I was showering with dripping water, peeled paint in the room, especially by door. Staff was very attempting to fix issues. Breakfast had very poor offerings

This place was the nastiest place I’ve ever ever stayed in my life. There were stains on the walls, food and stains on the floor on the table. The TV was broken. The sink was broken. It was filthy. They changed me rooms and then it was even worse this place is disgusting. It should not even be open And they wouldn’t refund me my money back. I’m a Wyndham rewards member and I’m very disappointed. Please do not stay here. They need to be shut down.

Room was ok nice sticker on the wall that was peeling off in places and the chips in the plaster but the bed was comfortable and so were the pillows overall a decent experience wouldn't stay too long though

Hotel is in extremely poor condition. Our room had a leaking window when it rained. The bathroom fan was inoperable. The bathroom light didn’t work properly. The TV didn’t work properly. When front desk was informed about TV, no effort was made to fix or check into issue. Offered us another room which would have required us to pack everything and relocate.

Terrible condition! Cleaning would be impossible in the shape it is in! VERY unsafe in parking and check in area. I’ll will ALWAYS read reviews before ever booking again. Even on a budget (or the last hotel available) I would NOT recommend this hotel

The desk person that checked us in was great, after that it was downhill. Pool and hot tub were slimy. Hot tub was green. Free breakfast consisted of boiled eggs, packaged breakfast sandwiches , waffles and cereal. We had to have our keys reprogrammed both days we were there. Our room looked like it was half remodeled. Mirror missing but could see where it was supposed to be by the paint around where it should be. Overall just looked outdated. Would not recommend. We will never stay there again.
