W Nashville

As I checked out of this W… I was thinking this is the nicest hotel I have stayed in this year… (other than a four seasons) and even then this one is close. Rooms modern awesome, restaurants only had lunch but it was spectacular. Meeting space and food associated with it all perfect.

Love this spot even with cool us locals when in the neighborhood. Krystal for PNC was awesome. She helped significantly with all operational aspects of our arrival. The place is wonderful. Pool parties are fire in this city as the views are impeccable.

I have to say I was really disappointed in the hotel. The beds are always comfortable and didn’t disappoint. Housekeeping was also great. But the shower seemed to be handicap and was so narrow I had to stand sideways. And given this, water was all over the floor making it a mess to get ready at the sink. I did not request handicap access and the check in employee should have told me. Speaking of him, he never asked me I wanted a breakfast credit or points given I am ambassador am status. Not that it is a big deal, but very Marriott I stay at always thanks me for my loyalty. Not here. Finally I hate to say this but the restaurant was the worst experience. I ordered salmon, burrata salad and crème brûlée. The salmon had jalapeños and did not work at all. The burrata was like rubber and the crème brûlée was just ok. I then ate breakfast there. The coffee cup had lipstick on it when the waitress dropped it off which was unsanitary and the egg omelet had so much salt I could t eat it. So what did I do? I ordered room service the last evening and thought I would just get a burger. Well, that was so salty that I had to give up as well.

Isaac and Marcus have been super wonderful valet staff! They’re swift, courteous, and willing to assist in anyway. Plus, the entire staff at the W has been rock solid. My man Alexander at the front desk has been an absolute rock star! So grateful!

Derion Haynes went above and beyond when I was in a rush to catch a flight. He quickly and efficiently loaded my bag into my Lyft, saving me valuable time. His positive attitude and willingness to help made the experience stress-free. Exceptional service that truly stands out! Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff, awesome rooms, great workout room and meeting rooms. Awesome food to boot! Went for a work meeting and will definitely come here again for personal trips. I like the location that is away from the craziness. Gulch area is cool. The valet guy was super cool. Derion Haynes.

The W Nashville was just one awesome stay and experience. Check-in was wonderful. I kept going back-and-forth between which suite I wanted, and I ended up booking the fabulous one bedroom king, but once I got checked in, I asked about The wow sweet. Ansir (Please forgive me if I have misspelled your name) personally called me, told me about the WOW suite and the E WOW suite. Came up to my room, took me there. Showed me all the features, answered any questions I had there was no pressure to upgrade. It was so smooth. I really didn’t think I was going to upgrade until the interaction with Ansir. I additionally had conversations with the overnight front desk member, along with Dean. Both just a pleasure to talk to. Everything from the service, the rooms, the robes, the slippers, the towels, lighting… I could keep on going, just feels luxury and five star. I just knew when I walked in the front door for the first time the vibe was right. I think no matter which room you go with you were going to have a good view. The hotel is very unique in its design, which I love. I did visit the Barista parlor two times, along with Proof, the rooftop bar, both excellent service coffee was incredible at the barista parlor and I could’ve soaked in the views from proof for hours Definitely give this hotel a shot if you’re visiting Nashville. The location is excellent service is top-notch plenty of dining options and just the uniqueness of the hotel, incredible. Kudos to the management team and entire staff! I cannot thank you all enough!

Amazing stay with amazing service. We came for our 10 year anniversary and had an awesome time. The valet service, specifically, Derion Haynes, treated us like royalty. We will definitely be back again when we come back to downtown Nashville.
