The service is ok, the hardware is poor. I slept in room 201. I could hear the ringing of the automatic gate at the door. I basically didn’t need to sleep all night. I personally think the hygiene is not good

The rooms are not all that well kept, with mismatched paint on walls, spackled holes, very dirty floors, toilet, shower, etc.
The first room I was given the heater and AC unit did not work. A maintenance man came to check on it and said that the motor needed to be replaced in it as well as many others on the property. They moved me to another room where the fan for the heater turned on yet after several hours of it on the highest setting there was no heat that ever came from it. I did not realize this until I woke up freezing in the middle of the night. The TV also did not work, and the maintenance man came again to try and mess with it but could not get it to work saying that it was an issue with the box that was installed by spectrum. At this point it was near midnight and I was tired as I needed to get up by 5:00 to catch my flight. In the morning when going to use the shower, I pulled the shower curtain back and realized there was a used wash rag laying on the top of the shower curtain. Needless to say I did not use the shower, gathered my things and left. Horribly managed property. Would not stay here again, ever!

Best place to stay near by airport and downtown. Enjoyed my stay at this place very friendly staff and very helpful. And very budget friendly they will work with as well. Opry mall is 5 mins away Airport is 4 mins away Downtown is 10 mins away Lots of good food near by

Had a great experience at this hotel. We were there because of flight cancellation. Staff was friendly. and for the price it was the best hotel near by airport to stay at , we went to mall near by it was great everything very close food,mall,airport,downtown. very good location to stay at in Nashville
