so, the 1 hotel, I was really excited to stay at. It was part of our birthday celebration here in Nashville. I did start off pretty jaded, the initial set up was not fantastic. I was initially going to give this place three stars. Perhaps I just expected a bit too much, but there was no one actively to welcome us or help with any of the bags. The check-in was fairly quick, but not overly friendly full. Sam expired up. The room was nice, we were able to get an upgrade even though it seem like it took some questioning etc. What really made this place rise was our late afternoon drinks that we had in the bar and our breakfast this morning. The drinks last night were amazing, the servers were so friendly and a special mention to Michael, she was friendly, warm and helped explain everything. This morning’s breakfast we were served by Andrew and he was absolutely outstanding. Very friendly, patient and attentive. both of these folks are absolute highlight to our stays. I won’t go into too much details about why I had negative feelings, again perhaps I just expected too much. Unfortunately, did not get to check out the rooftop bar, but heard it looks nice. Wish they had a pool, I guess people come here more for the location than the hotel itself.

I had an amazing stay at 1 Hotel Nashville! The property was spotless, and my room was absolutely beautiful with a stunning view of the city. The location couldn’t be more perfect—just a short walk to Broadway, which made exploring so easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. And the rooftop bar? Fantastic ambiance and the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the city vibes. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nashville!
