The staff was so friendly and was easy to communicate through text or email. It was a about a 15min walk to the beginning of Broadway. They also have scooters along the walk. It was easy access to everything. We’ll be staying there again especially for the price, you can’t beat it.

The property itself was in a quiet area ……there were a few noisy groups/guests heard at times in the halls and outside when on the balcony, but hey, Nashville is a party town. We felt safe when walking to and from different venues, day and night. Missed out on a discount opportunity at a local pub because check in and verification was all done online ahead of time, but on the flip side, getting to our suite on day one was very quick — having punch codes for entry to the building and our suite was very handy vs. needing to carry a key card all the time. The kitchen had the bare essentials for utensils, etc, but we only had breakfasts and the occasional convenience-type food meals there so we got by okay. The suite was very spacious and served our needs well.

My best friend flew in from Illinois and I drove in from Huntsville. We hadn't seen each other in 6 years. I grew up in Illinois and moved to Huntsville. We fell in love with the apartment feel to it. And it was a much better stay then a regular hotel would have been. We were in walking distance to a few places and getting around was not as difficult as I thought. The drive to nearby places was just minutes from Placemkrs. The decor was on point and for the most part it was clean except for the kitchen floor. It hadn't been mopped. I will definitely return next year for another stay with you.

What a wonderful set up! i can hope that there will be more Placemakrs in more cities! It is such a great set up to have a full kitchen, laundry and more. All aspects of the rooms are very comfortable. The swimming pool was a great addition and I enjoyed the balcony!

Located within walking distance to Broadway (10-15 mins)… although you do have to walk past a dodgy looking McDonalds and 7-11 on the way. Short walk to Music Row. Decent clean apartments. Staff all super nice. A few typically annoying finishes like bad caulking etc but overall it was nice and comfortable.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Everything was accessible. It was clean and comfortable. Also, provided dishes for cooking. Only thing is it needed a few more towels. It only came with 2 of everything and we were there 3 nights.

Immediately noticed friendly staff. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Music Row location is perfect and an easy Uber ride to anywhere. We had no problems for the 2 nights we stayed and will certainly recommended Placemakr to all our friends and be back again!

This was one of our best ever stays in the past 5+ years. The property was in excellent condition, great location (walkable to Broadway St), our room was perfect, and the staff (all members) were first and foremost centered on Customer Service.
