We loved our stay but paid double for the room! Prepaid via Trip.com, then Kimpton charged us again. After 4 polite phone calls to rectify the situation, we never got a return call. Called again and was told they couldn't help me.

Great dinner. The valet, John, was helpful and attentive. We really liked the fireplace with the hanging rocks. The dinner service was slow and not responsive. It took several minutes to flag down our server. If these reviews could be shorter, you’d get more of them.

Woodhouse spa has the absolute best facials. I am a Nashville local and don't go anywhere else, book with Kallie! John with valet is fantastic (it is complementary with the spa!) I've been to many spas in the area, don't hesitate to book your facial here!

Spent one night with a newborn, wife and pup. Great location and Kimpton are very pet friendly. Offered a bowl and bed for the pup upon arrival. Rooms were very comfortable. John was very friendly at valet and made our family feel special from the second we arrived until we left.

We stayed in rm 322. It was dark like a cave, 3 lights in the room and the 2 on either side of the bed were dim at best. One bathrobe was supplied and it had a tear in it. The TV was in and out with problems with the wifi? No in room coffee maker and the coffee service in the lobby was not well looked after (coffee empty, creamer empty, coffee was luke warm). It is difficult to describe this hotel as luxury.

We recently utilized the valet parking service during our visit to Woodhouse spa and were thoroughly impressed with the efficiency and professionalism displayed by Sherod. Upon arrival, the valet attendant, Sherod was prompt and courteous, greeting us warmly and ensuring a smooth handover of the vehicle. This set a welcoming tone for our visit.

Sherod at valet was great!!!!!! He was very welcoming and started off our experience on the right foot! We visited the Woodhouse spa and had a fantastic experience! I would recommend this to everyone I know!!!!!!!! I will be back in the near future!

We stayed in the kimpton aeraon hotel for the weekend and it was so nice. Great service friendly valet. Sherod was awesome.
