The Germantown Inn is conveniently located - both close to (1 mile) downtown and far away enough (in an up and coming residential neighborhood). Chrissy, Lucy, and Bobby and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, guiding us to the food gems nearby. The rooms are comfortable and chic and spacious. This is a true boutique experience with a total of 10 rooms, comfortable shared indoor and outdoor spaces, and a continental breakfast and wine and cheese hour. Highly recommend and will repeat! Thank you for a wonderful stay and experience.

We were there for 2 nights in October. We notified them shortly after arriving that the toilet was. We had to manually flush it which was not great. Took over a day to fix it. The complaint is that Chrissie said it was not acceptable and that we would be reimbursed for the inconvenience. Since then we have written to them. Nothing. Despite everything else that is good about the place this is not gone table treatment.

This boutique hotel is an absolute gem. It has only ten rooms and they are large and well-appointed. The service is fantastic - every staff person I encountered was engaging and helpful. We were there for the Southern Festival of Books and it is an easy walk to the festival that took less than 10 minutes. Lots of great restaurants around as well.

Great location, lovely room. Breakfast was great too. The staff were absolutely lovely. Chrissy and Lucy made us feel at home and we're so helpful. Next time we're in Nashville we will be back!

Chrissy did a wonderful job hosting us at this GEM of an Inn in the beautiful Germantown neighborhood of Nashville. Quiet neighborhood, spacious rooms, good Continental breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend the Germantown Inn!

An excellent experience and also a perfect location for a visit to Nashville. Multiple great restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms are very comfortable, and the patio for a late afternoon drink and/or morning breakfast is peaceful and enjoyable within the handful of other guests. The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially Lucy with he smile and helpful information about all things local.

Since new ownership this has hurt the overall stay experience. They do not do the reception from 5-6 with the charcuterie snd drinks and no good breakfast with quiche etc. the staff is good! They just no longer have anything to work with. Location is good and very walkable. Hopefully the new owners will correct all of this for 500$ a night you need these nice extras!

Room was incredibly clean. Nice mini split AC kept the room just the right temperature without being loud. Spacious shower, amazingly comfortable king sized bed. We had a blast for 2 nights and loved this quaint + quiet hideaway in the best neighborhood in Nashville! Cannot recommend enough. Wonderful Inn with great staff and the most perfect location.
