My entire experience with the Westin Nashville was remarkable. The Conference Services Manager, Kayla, was efficient, patient and knowledgeable in assisting us with every aspect of our meetings - rooms, meals, AV, both before and during our meetings. The banquet staff, George, Mareham, Mena, Merhan and Salama were exceptional and took great care of us even when we had last minute requests. The rooms were extremely comfortable and well maintained by the housekeeping staff.

I was visiting Nashville, Tennessee we went to the L 27 rooftop in Nashville, Tennessee, my servers name was Chastsody, She was very friendly and courteous. We ordered the brussels sprouts and the deviled eggs. We also tried the great escape Our cocktail.

Kearra was our server at L24 and she was so nice! We were having a girls night and she made sure we were happy with our drinks (how could we not be?🥳 they were so good!), having a good time and checked on us often. Great service! We’ll definitely be back.

Really enjoyed the staff and the easy walkability to and from Broadway. Bar on top of the Hotel is worth the visit as well.

From the minute we arrived you coud feel the friendliness and care of the staff. We were first greeted by valet who were very helpful as we made our way to the front desk for check in. Biren assisted us and was incredibly knowledgeable of the area as we asked him questions about downtown and he also accommodated requests that we had asked for. It was apparent that Biren truly cares about the hotel guests and we found ourselves engaging in wonderful conversation with him during our stay. While speaking with him we were also able to observe the front desk staff and see the energy they put in to assuring each guest stay is perfect. It is hard to find good customers service these but the Westin Nashville certainly does not fall short in this category. Each staff member will go above and beyond to provide the service that you deserve. Cannot wait to come back and visit such a fun city at a hotel that knows how to take care of its guests.

The entire staff was very accommodating, especially with me having a gluten allergy. Christina R and Madonna went out of their way to ensure everything was great. Very helpful and kind!

Hotel was nice and centrally located. The two restaurants and the servers were the highlight of the stay. I had Lauren for all four mornings at breakfast and I would be happy to return for her excellent service and the amazing biscuits and gravy.

Rooftop bar staff was amazing! Brittany hands down made me the best Manhattan I’ve ever had, and I got many throughout my stay in Nashville and no one came close to hers! She knows her stuff and was definitely the most personable bartender we had in Nashville! Appetizers were good, view of the sunset was awesome. I’m usually not much a review person but I had the best time during my stay at the Westin!

I attend numerous conferences every year and only rarely fill out surveys etc. However I immediately noticed the level of service that stands out staff here stands out in attentiveness and professionalism. If you have a choice this would certainly be a good one
