My stay here was absolutely amazing. It's hard to describe how beautiful the apartment was. The view was great and the room was super clean and upscale. It was also quiet in the late hours. I will definitely visit again

Location ok although not really much around. Margariaville Hotel across the road. Worst check in experience ever and reception staff unhelpful. Apartment itself was ok however with only 1 frying pan, 2 forks and no dishes you probably couldn't self-cater! I'd spend more next time and stay elsewhere.

So, Check-in was not good. After hearing reviews I studdied the check in process...but they have to do their part for it to work. There are 8 categories to check in...yes 8. They give you a code by email to get inside the front door - lobby is unattended - ( we got our code an hour after check in after multiple phone calls sitting outside the front door) once in - follow the signs to the kiosk for which you put another code in to get your keys. (Once again - the code didn't work - 2 more phone calls). Trying to get parking plackard was next on the agenda. Again - lobby unattended. Finally asked someone staying there regularly and they laugh and said just park on 3rd floor - they dont check the passes... After all that - The apartments/grounds themselves are very nice and clean. Everything is safe. It does get a bit loud at night but you are in Nashville.... The area is under construction . I probably would not stay again.

This place is the best place to stay in nashville. 5 star accommodations at 3 star price. Full kichen condo for less than hotel room

Property was outstanding and I would definitely recommend. Check in was a bit confusing as instructions were sent by email as well as text, but we were able to figure it out and not big deal. This place was great.

This is a great property to stay as long as you never have to interact with the onsite manager Sarah. I made a mistake at check in (my fault) and she was very confrontational and rude. I’be never been a customer somewhere and treated so poorly. The location and the room were great. Just cross your fingers you don’t have any issues because management will ruin your stay.
