I stayed at the place for a business and it is a great new property - I stayed in the standard room and it was spacious with high ceilings and had a great open feel to it. The location of the hotel is great as well - close to all the action on Broadway, but the actual road it's on is quite peaceful. However, one hiccup was the mishandling of an upgrade. I was initially upgraded to a suite, which was confirmed by the hotel desk on the phone as well as in person (which I appreciated since it was proactively done and I didn't even ask for it), however towards the end of check-in the upgrade was retracted, which was an unexpected experience for a higher-end establishment. I was still happy with the room I did book however, this entire situation was definitely disappointing. Additionally, the in-room dining menu seems to be quite limited, however there are several on-site restaurants that you can go for instead.
