The food and staff is as good as any place we have stayed in the US, Europe and Asia. The entire experience exceeded what was anticipated. The food was on a par with any of the best Michelin 3 Star in Europe. Clearly not what we ever thought would be in Nashville, Tennessee.

Came in Friday night for the CMA and unfortunately I was not a guest at the hotel, but some friends of mine were hotel is beautiful, but really stole. the whole experience for us was a sweet girl at the Front Desk by the name of June. She saw that my feet were hurting and noticed the other guest that were staying at the hotel. She left for a brief moment and came back and personally put some slides on my feet.

Amazing hotel and in an amazing location for CMA fest!! The infinity pool overlooks two of the satellite concert stages along the Cumberland River. Just be aware the Bed and Breakfast package is limited to $72 per day maximum, which we were not informed about until after check out.

If you get Jaquay at the front desk, you know your service will be excellent! Although the hotel bar doesn't have the greatest Whiskey/Bourbons, there are places around that do. Go to Husk for an excellent list. They offer the Four Seasons standard with the lively and bustling Broadway right around the corner. It was an excellent stay!

Well worth the extra cost to be in a sanctuary of elegant space right next to the fun of lower Broadway. Great views of the river from the 7th floor deck. Clean, quiet and elegant hotel. Service was exceptional.

I have now called a few times… they do not answer the main line which is bizarre!!! Then after 4 times of calling asking for reservations you get transferred and left on hold. What kind of four seasons is this?? Ive tried on 2 different days you cannot get anyone on the phone in the middle of the day.
