Plenty to see and do here and the location is great for a bus or taxi to the port or airport. Lady Sarah was excellent (the concierge) and gave lots of great local advise and help and advise in booking some trips. Nice and clean. Rooms are perfectly serviceable but could do with a little TLC in places but it shouldn’t spoil a stay here- they are not new or modern but nice and functional.

Sandyport delivers a great place to sleep, big resort with swimming area, and all extras you would expect from a 5 star hotel - here you get it for half the price. Great location - car is recommended though.

We love Sandyport. It is small but spacious amenities and private. We enjoy the beaches and pools. It is serene and beautiful without the crowds.

The staff at Sandyport made our vacation truly special! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, it felt like we were staying with family/friends! The resort was apparently fully booked but we felt like we had the place to ourselves. It was exactly the quiet, relaxing vibe we were going for and it was a huge benefit that we could walk to restaurants in the Sandyport area.

We have been coming here for many years. It's a very quiet, peaceful place. All the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well furnished. The pools are great, and there are two beaches to choose from. There are many restaurants you can walk to. If you want to cook, the supermarket is a short distance away. My family will continue to vacation here for many more years.

This is truly a hidden gem in Nassau. Don’t bother with the over crowded usual resorts. If you want excellent service, a beautiful beach and pool (with waterslides) and spacious rooms look no further! The staff is truly what makes it though. My favorite person was Bascom from the pool bar. He brightened up my day and his positive energy is absolutely contagious. He makes a great sandwich too! Taj also helped me on his break to bring my bags to my room! They go above and beyond and the trip is worth your while!

Went here for a few days on a solo trip and i truly cannot say enough good things about this place!! Check-in was a breeze, and Taj was so friendly and informative as he showed me around the resort and to my room. My room was wonderful, i got a deluxe room with a lagoon view and it was perfect. It was the furthest from reception but also the closest to the outside shops/restaurants/bars, just have to cross over and exit. The room was clean, spacious, with a big bathroom, big TV and strong AC. There was direct access to the lagoon beach from the balcony and you could easily walk to the pool too. To get to the ocean beach you have to walk about 5 minutes and under an underpass but the beauty is that it is all within the resort and you are never stepping foot onto the street! The ocean beach is beautiful with crystal clear water, although the rocks can get in the way a bit it is still worth it. Lunch from the blue sail provides beautiful ocean views and they have a good assortment of food. I highly recommend the Poop Deck, as they also have great beach views and authentic food. Bon Vivants was the best in my opinion serving as a cafe in the daytime and cocktail bar at night. There are also other shops, a pharmacy, and convenience store all within the Sandyport village. Overall i had the best time and cannot wait to go back.
