SLS Baha Mar

Absolutely amazing hotel, everything was so clean. The amount they have at the resort is amazing as well as being able to access the water park. Restaurant choice is also amazing and great service from all of them. Would highly recommend this hotel!! 5 stars all the way

We had a amazing hostess Myrian. She served us all day and she made our day even better. Top Tier performance. I will definitely be back. Our work had a group social and we spent the day at Baha Bay. We had a Blast. Best social ever. Myrian was helpful and welcoming.

This was our first time to Baha Mar and it exceeded our expectations. Our room was spectacular and comfy. We booked dinner reservations in advance for Carna and Marcus and the food was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The pools were immaculate, the water park was fun and the staff at the beach kept everything tidy. We can’t say enough nice things about Tamika Wallace (Mama Beae) who worked in guest services in the lobby. She went above and beyond to make sure our airport transfer picked us up. We had arranged them thru Costco Travel and they were not so responsive. Mama called them several times for us and made sure we were picked up, even though they are not contracted thru the resort. We will definitely be returning. Well worth the price!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The cabana attendees were wonderful, especially Anthony (Smiley). The water park is a blast and the resort is just wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for family or to come just as a couple as there are many options on activities.

Will not go back. SLS Bahamar most certainly does not align with other SLS properties in terms of quality, providing a comfortable relaxing stay for guests, and customer service.

Came back from a fishing trip to a clean and thoughtfully organized room thank you to Diane Ralle and Stacy Anne for giving us the authentic experience at the SLS in the Bahamas. My friends and family will most definitely make plans to return to Bahamar.

The resort itself is very pretty, yes pricey for food/drink but all the prices are online so you know what you are getting into. The problem I had is someone charged my room for some drinks at the SLS pool party that wasn't me. I told the front desk the next morning, I wasn't even at that pool that day and they need to remove it. Of course they said 3 business days and it'll be refunded. It wasn't, I have emailed MULTIPLE times and no response. Being this big of a resort and name I would think they would at least respond to my emails and do what they said by taking off the charge. It's very unfortunate, it ruined my stay and thoughts of this resort. I saw plenty of other people having the same issue, I made sure to check every morning and this was the only issue yet they didn't feel the need to fix it when they said they would- for this reason I wouldn't chance going back.
