The resort itself is very pretty, yes pricey for food/drink but all the prices are online so you know what you are getting into. The problem I had is someone charged my room for some drinks at the SLS pool party that wasn't me. I told the front desk the next morning, I wasn't even at that pool that day and they need to remove it. Of course they said 3 business days and it'll be refunded. It wasn't, I have emailed MULTIPLE times and no response. Being this big of a resort and name I would think they would at least respond to my emails and do what they said by taking off the charge. It's very unfortunate, it ruined my stay and thoughts of this resort. I saw plenty of other people having the same issue, I made sure to check every morning and this was the only issue yet they didn't feel the need to fix it when they said they would- for this reason I wouldn't chance going back.
