Everything was pretty much excellent. We lost our beach side room for some reason but the hotel was very beautiful. Service was also very good. Next time I'll bring my golf clubs.

Absolutely amazing hotel, everything was so clean. The amount they have at the resort is amazing as well as being able to access the water park. Restaurant choice is also amazing and great service from all of them. Would highly recommend this hotel!! 5 stars all the way

As returning guests to the SLS resort, upon arrival to departure we were treated like VIP guests. The staff are gracious and friendly. The resort’s amenities are excellent. The pools and grounds are clean and well groomed. The ocean view room we booked was upgraded to a corner room with a wrap around balcony with outstanding ocean and hotel views on the 8 th floor. The SLS staff and management should be commended for all their hard work and dedication to their jobs at making guests feel comfortable! Well done SLS

Amazing food and outstanding service! We ate at Cleo and it was absolutely wonderful. Justin and Kyle were both very attentive, pleasant, and helpful with the menu choices. Not only was the food delicious, the atmosphere in general was warm and welcoming. We highly recommend Cleo at SLS Baha Mar!

Katsuya was amazing. Best food and greatest variety at Baha Mar. My family decided they wanted to come back for our last day before the main dishes even came back. Shareta helped us secure the reservation and was so helpful! Highly recommend!

clearest and CLEANEST beach out of any beach i’ve ever been to in my life. Drinks were great, Vibe was immaculate, Water park had a diverse selection of fun rides, and the service was amazing. we spent most of our time at the baha bay beach club, where Deena played a major role in assisting us. Deena was incredibly kind, personable, patient (especially with my younger brother), and helpful. thank you for the amazing vacation; one of the best we ever had.
