It was a nice stay. They served breakfast at 0730 until 1030. I bought soap from home. They have AC and wifi and were kind people and pool a carribean drinks during the evening. I will visit again whenever I come back

This hotel is a relatively cheap small hotel in the local area. It may be because it is not in the center of the city, but the location is okay. It is very convenient and not far from the city center by bus. The hotel facilities are very old, but the front desk service is attentive and takes care of the guests.

The hotel has a good environment, with a swimming pool and garden, and is easily accessible. The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooker, and tableware, so you can cook your own meals. There is a small supermarket next to it. The equipment needed timely repairs, there was almost no hot water, the door lock would not open, and a new lock was later installed. Breakfast costs an additional $8.90.

Excellent ! Hearty breakfast, room cleaning done every day. And above all the kindness and kindness of the staff 😃

Quotation and charges do not match? dishonest? The equipment is old, the countryside, and the rental car is 50% more expensive than in the United States.

The room was adequate and met our needs. However the walls are pretty thin and there was a TV on all night in the room next door which made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was good and had a lot of choices.

Facility is pretty old and definitely needs renovations to be done. We reserved two double bed rooms and only got one. Pool was not clean on the last 2 days we stayed. Saw them renovating a room and carried 2 mattresses to it that were less than desirable. Lot of trip hazards walking around. Wifi was non-existent unless you went to the pool area. TV's were a problem. Some staff was nice and others were curt and short with any help needed. There was a lot of beautiful floral areas surrounding the place. It did feel relatively safe. Pictures on website are somewhat deceiving.

Nice place. Could use some attention to the building/facility as there are several items that need repair or improvement. Example was the door to our room would not seal and you could see outside through the crack. For the money your place is a great value. Breakfast was a little underwhelming, but it was enough to keep us going until lunch.

The property is located in a quiet place and easy to go downtown and beaches...night time one needs to be bit careful specially while walking downtown...else very nice...good food, lots of drinks...shopping places...overall a nice experience...oh one thing...carry cash as lot of the taxi drivers and eating places like shacks take only cash. Also, Amec CC doesn't work in most places...onlg visa, mastercard

We didn't have a cattle they gave us one. No hangers - requested and they gave us. It was noisy in the room they gave us another one with an upgrade. These people work hard. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was pity to leave the Colony club. Thank you for having made our stay an awesome experience!

The room we stayed at had a mini-kitchen with a hot plate, a microwave and an electric kettle!, which was an unexpected and pleasant surprise! We were able to reheat meals and have tea. The rooms are small, but surprisingly well-appointed, and the entire area was very clean and welcoming. The hotel is within walking distance of a pretty nice beach and a bunch of restaurants. Great budget option for a Bahamian vacation!

The staff was helpful and accommodating. The comfort level of the room can be greatly improved. The reception area could use a more inviting outlook. The staff could be better trained to inform prospective guests of transportation options regarding pick up from the airport, rather than telling the guests we don’t have pick up from the airport. Overall, my stay was a pleasant one.

Hotel is located about a mile away from anything. The nearest eateries are in Arawak Cay. Didn't feel safe at night while coming down the road after dinner. No one walks on the road. The room was spacious, with good beds and bright lighting, but the good things ends there. The room service is horrible. Out of my 4-day stay here, a day passed when no one came to clean up the room. The other two days, I had to remind them several times to clean the room. The tea, Coffee bags, sugar, complimentary water bottles were not given and you need to ask for it several times at the reception and woe betides you if you return after sunset, when no one is present. You won't have anything. There isn't a single space for keeping your suitcases, no wardrobe to hang your clothes. Forget Wifi here. Goes off every 5 minutes and you need to relog and the bandwidth is in Kbs. You wouldn't use the soap bar provided for cleaning your shoes, it's of such a bad quality. No hot water in bathroom. The shower-head sprinkles in drops. The only saving grace is the Good Breakfast. Had a very bad time there. Spoiled our vacation
