Horrible, terrible hotel and even worse service. The staff even went on strike and we went a day without breakfast. I booked a room with breakfast included for 3 people (adults), they forced all 3 to sleep in the same double bed, said they didn't have an extra bed and wanted to charge for breakfast for 1 person. Very, very bad and excessively expensive, the food was bad and expensive. Of all the staff, only 2 tried to provide relatively good service, the rest were extremely unwilling to help. I DO NOT recommend it, in fact I don't even recommend the Bahamas, dirty, noisy and expensive place.

I'm still waiting for my $50 deposit refund. They told me it would be returned within 5 business days, but I've contacted them and they haven't refunded it. The hotel is very centrally located, and the staff is very friendly. They gave us a room that shared a door with another room, and the noise from the neighbor kept us from sleeping. It needs renovation; it's run-down.
