Beside a daily tax fee of $55, that was never mention, they put a hold on my card for $200. A day for amenities or daily charges, TOTAL $800 BUCKS MANDATORY. I was not on property to use any unless it was to sleep in my room. So on check out they informed me it would be FIVE TO TEN BUSINESS DAY BEFORE THEY RELEASED MY $800 DEPOSIT. Now they have had my money for five days & now they want to keep it for another FIVE TO TEN DAYS.. WHO DOES THAT???

The five-star charging standard, the service environment of the B&B level, this fart is bigger than the beach, really, the Bahamas is too poor, I will not come here in the future, it is not as good as Hainan. $20 for breakfast, $40 for a 20-minute taxi ride, and $30 for dinner. vomit

Absolutely NON of the listed amenities were available (read:no Margaritas available at the Margaritaville Beach Resort). The only restaurant available at the hotel was even closed 1/3 nights we were there. Construction going on… everywhere. $45/day charge to have your room cleaned? Very few shops, in the local area, were open.
Give this $$$$ place a mis.

Margaritaville restaurant and resort is Amazing. Ian was the best server. The resort staff really ensure that all is correct.

We selected this resort based on a combination of reviews and also a travel deal, and really enjoyed it. It is conveniently located and has many amenities. The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful -- and, as one told us, they have fun! The room was beautiful and clean, and the view was excellent. We even watched rays swimming from our balcony. The waterpark was fun and enjoyable!

My overall experience at this resort was pretty good the staff were attentive, accommodating and very helpful. We booked a certain room but were accommodated with a better room when early check in was selected. The outdoor staff have so much personality, I especially loved Mark, and the staff in the sister building were really friendly and great as well. Next i would say the environment was great, there’s always something to do on the property or next door on the beach, the lazy river was a good plus, many shops close by, good food, good drinks. I think what i enjoyed the most was going to the bar and seeing my new fave bartender Dicienzo, he was the absolute best they had hands down. But now the downside to that is one bartender named Gary, i would caution you to not even sit down when this man is working at the bar, the attitude and demeanor are horrible. Other than that i would definitely comeback again.

Always enjoy this hotel. Good location and rooms are great size. Got upgraded to a 1 bdrm from the perks program. Our coffee maker was broken and asked for a new one. This took all day and many phone calls. At one point, housekeeping said they replaced it???? If so, where was it.....not in my room. Housekeeping only did a thorough job when a tip was left....if not, the bare minimum was done, floors not swept, bed not made, no coffee or water left for us. I had broken a glass on the balcony but had to leave a tip to get it swept up! My hair was never swept from bathroom floor until a tip was left. The view from the room was beautiful! I agree with other posters, this place is overrun with cruise ship people!! When there are 5 ships in port.....WOW!!! Hotel and downtown is unbearable.
